This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of customer challenges and align them with Cohere solutions.
• Collaborate with account executives, the partner ecosystem, and executive leadership.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor and manage technical relationships with stakeholders.
• Enhance the adoption of Cohere products both internally and externally.
• Collect customer insights and feedback to influence future product development.
• Lead the design and execution of customer pilots for key enterprise and government clients.
• Steward the customer’s technical narrative, from discovery and architecture to pilot outcomes and business justification.
• Provide structured customer feedback to the Product and Engineering teams.
• Facilitate technical discussions during customer calls.
• Design enterprise architectures for North deployments.
• Perform in-depth analyses on customer inquiries and Cohere technology.
• Collaborate with customer executives to prioritize use cases, establish success metrics, and develop the AI adoption business case.
• Guide customer evaluations and pilots within their technology ecosystems.
• Create and document processes to assist the Solutions Architecture and related teams in scaling.
• Work with Product and Engineering to ensure offerings align with customer requirements.
• Partner with external stakeholders to devise strategies that empower and expedite their customer engagements.
• Over 3 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as consulting data scientist, forward deployed engineer, deployment strategist, or solutions architect.
• Proven experience in transitioning AI or data solutions from executive problem framing to production.
• A strong passion for Agentic AI.
• Practical knowledge of where LLMs provide value in production and where they may fall short.
• Solid foundation in machine learning fundamentals, including training, evaluation, and retrieval.
• Capability to design evaluation frameworks for customer pilots.
• Exceptional communication skills suitable for both executive and technical audiences.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and create impactful structures and processes.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with Assistive Coding tools.
• Professional proficiency in English for business and technical contexts.
• Preferred: proficiency in French, Spanish, or Italian.
