This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Develop reference architectures and blueprints for comprehensive solutions that integrate GPU and networking within data-center environments.
• Assist account teams in discovering new business prospects for NVIDIA Networking products and technology solutions across cloud, telecommunications, enterprises, artificial intelligence, and LLM applications.
• Collaborate closely with Sales teams and Product Marketing to facilitate customer solutions.
• Provide technical account management for key accounts of NVIDIA Networking products.
• Conduct regular meetings with customers for product updates and introductions to new technology solutions.
• Present product roadmaps to customers and technology partners.
• Create and deliver customized product demonstrations and proofs of concept that address essential customer requirements.
• Manage technically complex networking deployments and design-in opportunities.
• Analyze and troubleshoot performance challenges with new technology at customer locations.
• Prepare and deliver technical training presentations.
• Offer constructive feedback to engineering regarding product requirements and development.
• Submit Requests for Enhancements backed by business evidence.
• Over 5 years of experience in Solution Architect or comparable Sales Engineering roles.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, electrical engineering, or computer engineering.
• Knowledge of datacenter engineering, cloud applications, and networking, including network topologies and L2/L3 Ethernet or other networking protocols.
• Understanding of system-level challenges, including Operating Systems, Linux kernel drivers, PCIe devices, NICs, and hardware architecture.
• Proficient technical presentation skills and confidence in developing Proofs-of-Concept.
• Strong sense of accomplishment and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple demands with overlapping deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, approximately 20% of working time.
• Familiarity with low-latency/high-bandwidth interconnects such as InfiniBand or Ethernet AI.
• Capability to address and resolve critical customer issues/problems, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
