This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +30 more states.
• Conduct value alignment with strategic clients
• Foster relationships across clients' or partners' IT and business divisions
• Comprehend, develop, document, and disseminate knowledge of portfolio management, agile transformation, challenges, and the possible impact of upcoming projects
• Serve as a trusted resource early in the client's decision-making journey
• Identify and spearhead adoption initiatives with key clients
• Maintain records of account opportunities, engagement, and adoption activities
• Oversee and guide team members within designated accounts
• Keep informed about Agile Operations Division capabilities and offerings
• Retain a functional and technical grasp of the ValueOps domain
• Stay updated on third-party solutions and tools relevant to the domain
• Conduct demonstrations and proofs of value for PPM and Agile solutions
• Present solution and adoption roadmaps to clients
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services, and Management regarding solution technology, architecture, and roadmaps
• Work together with domain members in the region on assigned accounts
• Contribute to defining and executing account marketing strategies
• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience; or a Master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong expertise in Project & Portfolio Management, FinOps, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, and Agile management solutions such as Clarity, Planview, Jira, ServiceNow, Apptio, among others
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks, including SAFe
• Capability to comprehend customer business challenges and devise and articulate software solutions
• Proficiency in engaging with business users, documenting business requirements, and translating them into functional applications
• Extensive understanding of business and IT management
• Strong presentation abilities, including software demonstration skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Competence in transitioning customer relationships into partnerships
• Enthusiasm and readiness to grasp customers’ motivations
