This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +29 more states.
• Conduct value alignment discussions with strategic clients.
• Foster relationships across IT and business divisions of customers or partners to comprehend, document, and disseminate knowledge of portfolio management, agile transformation, challenges, and the impact of planned projects.
• Serve as a trusted resource in the early stages of the customer decision-making process.
• Identify and spearhead adoption initiatives with key clients.
• Keep track of account opportunities, engagement metrics, and adoption data.
• Oversee and guide team members within designated accounts.
• Stay informed about the capabilities and products offered by the Agile Operations Division across the portfolio.
• Possess a functional and technical understanding of the ValueOps domain.
• Remain knowledgeable about third-party solutions and tools pertinent to the domain.
• Conduct demonstrations and proofs of value for PPM and Agile solutions.
• Deliver solution and adoption roadmaps to clients.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services, and Management to ensure synergy and consistency in solutions.
• Work with other domain members in the region to encourage collaborative learning and account insights.
• Participate in defining and implementing account marketing initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 10+ years of experience in a technology or business-related field.
• A strong willingness and eagerness to understand customers’ motivations.
• Skills necessary to transition customers from a relationship to a partnership.
• Robust experience in Project & Portfolio Management, FinOps, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, and Agile management solutions such as Clarity, Planview, Jira, ServiceNow, Apptio, among others.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks, including SAFe.
• Ability to grasp customer business challenges and effectively articulate software solutions.
• Capable of engaging with business users, documenting business requirements, and converting those requirements into functional applications.
• Comprehensive understanding of business and IT management.
• Exceptional presentation skills, including the ability to demonstrate software effectively.
