• Facilitate customer discovery processes

• Evaluate technical designs

• Create take-offs

• Draft statements of work (SOWs)

• Deliver technical solutions to secure business opportunities

• Establish trust with both technical and business stakeholders

• Utilize engineering judgment, commercial insight, and meticulous documentation

• Extensive experience as a Senior Presales Solutions Architect

• Profound knowledge of data center operations

• Expertise in network infrastructure

• Experience with high-performance computing

• Proven track record in leading customer discovery initiatives

• Proficient in evaluating technical designs

• Skilled in creating take-offs

• Capable of providing service estimates

• Experienced in drafting SOWs

• Strong engineering judgment, commercial insight, documentation discipline, and excellent communication skills
