Solution Consultant – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct teams utilizing advanced methodologies, protocols, and tools to pinpoint essential or relevant documents.

• Assist clients in implementing and enhancing Lighthouse AI tools such as IQ Answers.

• Oversee Case Strategy project teams for routine projects.

• Conduct lead-level project scoping.

• Create technical and process solutions, including Lighthouse IQ solutions.

• Manage client relations and project communications.

• Aid in resource management and execution strategies.

• Proactively identify potential risks.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

• Achieve mastery in Lighthouse Case Strategy AI tools.

• Deliver client training and support for AI services like IQ Answers.

• Collaborate with clients to craft workflows that integrate AI tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent additional years of experience in professional or academic settings involving research, data mining, strategic search, data analysis, text analysis, technology-assisted review (TAR), Electronically Stored Information (ESI), content management, or linguistic analysis.

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Proficient in DART/Lighthouse Search syntax and functionality.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and a well-developed sense of organization.

• Robust analytical and pattern recognition capabilities.

• Quick adaptability to new technologies and processes.

• Ability to adjust swiftly to changing circumstances and work in a dynamic environment to meet deadlines.

• Competence in managing competing priorities and working independently or collaboratively.

• Proficient in a PC/Windows environment with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Capability to function in a virtual office setting using a computer, telephone, and printed materials.

• Willingness to be on call periodically and to work evenings and weekends when necessary.

• Ability to travel by car or plane.
