This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Become a Nexthink expert and thought leader in the industry.
• Advocate for the business value of the Nexthink Platform both internally and externally.
• Assist in qualifying sales leads by leveraging in-depth product knowledge.
• Address customer business challenges and showcase the value of solutions.
• Convert Nexthink solutions into quantifiable business results.
• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Partner teams.
• Engage with stakeholders across IT Security, IT Operations, and IT Service Management.
• Highlight customer use cases demonstrating the value delivered by Nexthink.
• Support and lead significant enterprise transactions.
• Utilize industry expertise to keep deals progressing effectively.
• Conduct and facilitate value-driven workshops.
• Represent Nexthink as a speaker at corporate events and marketing initiatives.
• Promote Nexthink as a recognized thought leader both internally and externally.
• Assist the local sales territory in surpassing revenue targets through proactive presales support.
• Over 5 years of experience in an enterprise presales or technical consulting role.
• Preferably experience in selling End User Computing SaaS/cloud-based solutions.
• Proven success in partnering with a sales organization to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
• Experience in introducing new technology into a new market as a key technical resource.
• Background in Workplace, End User, or Desktop Services and management; Digital Experience Monitoring or similar end-user experience functions; Cloud, Windows 10, O365, or migration/release/change projects; ITIL, Service Lifecycle, or related quality-of-service disciplines; or Security, Governance, Risk, or Compliance disciplines.
• Demonstrated capability to navigate complex solutions environments.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business context into innovative and practical solutions.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Judgment to determine when to escalate issues.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn about Nexthink's products, services, and business operations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Capacity to engage with senior leaders and executives effectively.
• Team-oriented mindset in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically to client locations across the Southeast Region and, occasionally, to other Nexthink offices in the USA and internationally.
