This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Become a subject matter expert and thought leader in Nexthink.
• Advocate for the business value of the Nexthink Platform both internally and externally.
• Assist the sales team in qualifying leads through in-depth product knowledge.
• Address customer business challenges and demonstrate the value of solutions.
• Illustrate how Nexthink solutions align with broader customer initiatives and translate into measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Partner teams.
• Comprehend business priorities and align efforts with local market demands.
• Engage stakeholders across IT Security, IT Operations, and IT Service Management.
• Identify use cases where Nexthink adds value.
• Support and lead large-scale enterprise transactions.
• Utilize industry knowledge to advance deals.
• Conduct and facilitate value-driven workshops.
• Represent Nexthink as a speaker at corporate events and marketing initiatives.
• Promote Nexthink both internally and externally as a recognized thought leader.
• Assist the local sales territory in surpassing revenue targets through hands-on presales support for new and existing customers.
• Over 5 years of experience in an enterprise presales or technical consulting position.
• Preferably experience in selling End User Computing SaaS/cloud-based solutions.
• Proven success in partnering with a sales organization to achieve or exceed designated revenue goals.
• Background in introducing new technology to new markets as a key technical resource.
• Familiarity with Workplace, End User, or Desktop Services and their management; Digital Experience Monitoring or similar functions; Cloud, Windows 10, O365, or projects related to migration, release, or change; ITIL framework, Service Lifecycle, or related quality-of-service disciplines; or Security, Governance, Risk, or Compliance disciplines.
• Demonstrated capability to navigate complex solution environments.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business context into innovative, practical solutions.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a talent for working independently with minimal guidance.
• Sound judgment to recognize when to escalate issues.
• Technologically adept and quick to learn about Nexthink's products, services, and business.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to engage with senior leaders and executives effectively.
• Team-oriented mindset in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically to client locations throughout the Northeast Region and occasionally to other Nexthink locations in the USA and internationally.
• Commission or performance bonus plan may be included.
