This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Become a subject matter expert and thought leader in Nexthink.
• Advocate for the business value of the Nexthink Platform both internally and externally.
• Assist the sales team in qualifying leads through product expertise, customer issue assessment, and value demonstrations.
• Illustrate how Nexthink solutions align with broader customer initiatives and convert into quantifiable business results.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT Security, IT Operations, and IT Service Management to uncover valuable use cases.
• Lead and support large-scale enterprise transactions.
• Utilize industry knowledge to ensure deals progress effectively.
• Conduct and facilitate value-based workshops for potential clients.
• Aid the local sales territory in surpassing revenue targets through proactive presales assistance.
• Partner with Sales, Professional Services, and Partner teams.
• Represent Nexthink as a speaker at company events and marketing initiatives.
• Promote Nexthink internally and externally as a recognized thought leader.
• Travel to client locations across the West region and occasionally to other Nexthink offices in the USA and internationally.
• Over 5 years of experience in an enterprise presales or technical consulting role.
• Preferably experience in selling End User Computing SaaS/cloud-based solutions.
• Proven success in collaborating with a sales organization to achieve or surpass assigned revenue targets.
• Experience in introducing new technology into a new market as a key technical resource.
• Familiarity with Workplace, End User, or Desktop Services; Digital Experience Monitoring; Cloud; Windows 10; O365; migration, release, or change-related projects; ITIL, Service Lifecycle, or related quality-of-service disciplines; or Security, Governance, Risk, or Compliance fields.
• Demonstrated capacity to navigate complex solutions environments.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business context into innovative, practical solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good judgment regarding when to escalate issues.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn about Nexthink's products, services, and business operations.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Capability to engage senior leaders and executives effectively.
• Team-oriented in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically to client locations across the West region and occasionally to other Nexthink offices in the USA and internationally.
