Solution Consultant II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Identify the business needs of customers and assess their current operational status.

• Create a change management strategy that aligns the present and future operational states.

• Monitor the fulfillment of established requirements and the success of adoption.

• Cultivate ongoing partnerships with customers and establish a trusted advisor relationship.

• Link business needs with the functional capabilities of RealPage products.

• Develop a solution framework that facilitates successful implementation.

• Lead presales and implementation discovery discussions involving key customer stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Engagement Management to contribute to the comprehensive implementation project plan.

• Organize and oversee system design in conjunction with internal delivery teams.

• Coordinate and prepare for go-live activities related to solution integration, which includes training and ongoing support.

• Participate in team and departmental initiatives.

• Engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to design scalable, adaptable, and resilient solutions.

• Offer strategic guidance throughout the entire implementation life cycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the Multifamily sector.

• Advanced knowledge of several RealPage products and their integrations.

• Intermediate proficiency in consulting processes.

• Capability to engage with and lead discussions with directors and regional-level contacts.

• Minimal travel required.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

• Capacity to work independently, handle multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and take ownership of various projects.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
