Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Engage in customer discovery workshops in collaboration with the Enablement and Program Management teams.

• Evaluate customer business needs and convert them into well-structured solution designs.

• Offer expert advice on platform functionalities, configuration alternatives, and best practice methodologies.

• Document solution designs, configuration strategies, and technical specifications comprehensively.

• Configure platform elements in accordance with approved solution designs.

• Assist implementation teams by providing configuration expertise and technical validation.

• Ensure that configurations meet standards for scalability, maintainability, and industry best practices.

• Participate in testing, validation, and quality assurance of solutions.

• Engage directly in customer calls, workshops, and solution discussions.

• Clearly articulate platform capabilities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Offer actionable recommendations to enhance customer platform utilization.

• Aid customers in grasping solution trade-offs and design choices.

• Collaborate with Program Managers, Enablement, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Provide technical insights during project planning, scoping, and solution definition phases.

• Support internal teams with platform expertise and configuration knowledge.

• Maintain extensive knowledge of platform functionalities, integrations, and best practices.

• Take part in internal knowledge sharing, documentation, and development of solution accelerators.

• Identify opportunities to enhance delivery efficiency and configuration standards.

• Stay updated on product enhancements, new features, and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technology, Business Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in configuring SaaS platforms, supporting implementations, or similar technical delivery roles.

• Proven experience in translating business requirements into technical configurations or solution designs.

• Strong comprehension of SaaS implementation and configuration practices.

• Ability to effectively connect technical and business discussions.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.

• Experience with configurable SaaS platforms.

• Familiarity with integrations, data architectures, or system workflows.

• Proficiency in using project collaboration tools such as Jira, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

• Preferred: experience in Professional Services or SaaS implementation consulting.

• Preferred: experience leading solution design discussions or technical workshops.

• Preferred: exposure to partner ecosystem platforms, CRM/PRM systems, or marketing automation solutions.

• Preferred: experience with integrations, APIs, data mapping, or technical documentation.

• Preferred: capability to comprehend or review code, SQL queries, or configuration logic.

• Preferred: familiarity with cloud-based SaaS environments and implementation methodologies.

• Strong consultative approach with confidence in customer-facing situations.

• Ability to balance technical accuracy with practical delivery considerations.

• Interest in developing deeper specialization in platform capabilities or solution architecture.
