Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Achieve expertise in the RainFocus platform.

• Educate client administrators on RainFocus tools and procedures.

• Configure the RainFocus platform as needed.

• Collaborate with clients to determine business requirements and workflows.

• Lead comprehensive system design and architecture workshops.

• Ascertain platform configuration necessities.

• Identify and address risks to ensure successful implementation.

• Adhere to best practices for deploying RainFocus products.

• Advise clients on innovative ideas and optimal practices.

• Document requirements, solution designs, and testing protocols.

• Provide regular updates on milestones and tasks to project managers.

• Offer project managers estimates of effort required.

• Communicate issues and risks to project managers and leadership effectively.

• Facilitate solution project calls and client demonstrations.

• Manage priorities across various assignments.

• Monitor tasks diligently and complete assignments punctually.

• Contribute to the development of implementation tools, processes, and templates.

• Mentor, train, and enhance consulting skills of peers as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2–7+ years of software implementation experience for Solution Consultants; 7+ years for Senior Solution Consultants.

• Delivery of SaaS solutions through platform configuration rather than custom development.

• Experience in implementing SaaS platforms for enterprise clients, including the gathering and documentation of complex requirements, configurations, and integrations.

• Proven ability to create efficiencies through process design, including defining and measuring adoption, both internally and client-facing.

• Strategic thinking to ensure that solutions align with business objectives.

• Demonstrated success in delivering innovative and creative solutions.

• Capacity to work independently, troubleshoot, and be resourceful.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure consistently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong team-oriented attitude.

• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally up to 20%.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and JSON is preferred but optional.

• Capability to creatively address complex challenges.
