This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Sales to gain insights into prospect and customer goals, challenges, current processes, decision-making criteria, and expected business outcomes.
• Design and present customized MeridianLink solution demonstrations and presentations.
• Create business and system process diagrams illustrating current challenges, future workflows, integrations, and operational enhancements.
• Establish foundational business cases and ROI narratives utilizing customer data, benchmarks, process observations, and quantifiable value drivers.
• Assist in technical discovery encompassing software, hardware, APIs, cloud concepts, networking, security, and system integrations.
• Manage the comprehensive pre-sales process alongside subject matter experts, product teams, technical resources, and leadership.
• Address solution-related RFP/RFI inquiries, confirm requirements, identify gaps or dependencies, and articulate MeridianLink's value proposition.
• Stay informed about MeridianLink solutions, product releases, competitive landscape, industry trends, regulatory considerations, credit and fraud risk concepts, and financial services operating models.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with customer stakeholders through effective communication, executive presence, consultative questioning, problem-solving, and follow-through.
• Gather customer feedback and field insights to enhance product, enablement, and go-to-market strategies.
• Proven experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, pre-sales, product consulting, implementation consulting, or a similar customer-facing technology role.
• Strong preference for experience in financial services, fintech, banking, credit unions, lending, account opening, credit decision-making, fraud/risk, or related technology.
• Capability to comprehend complex software products and convert technical features into clear business value.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, discovery, written communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, Professional Services, Customer Success, and technical teams.
• Comfort level working with data, process metrics, and ROI/value concepts.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, workshops, demonstrations, and industry events as business needs dictate.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; the application will inquire whether sponsorship is required.
