Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Guide teams employing intricate methodologies, protocols, and tools to categorize electronically stored information.

• Facilitate classifications that encompass privilege, confidentiality, responsiveness, issues, and various document types.

• Provide linguistic-modeling-based solutions directly to clients while optimizing internal workflows at Lighthouse.

• Achieve mastery in DART/Lighthouse Search syntax and its functionalities.

• Spearhead projects related to keyword/search term consultation, generation, and optimization.

• Oversee confidentiality classification, topical filtering, potential privilege classification, and custom classification projects.

• Define project scopes and create both technical and process solutions, including non-standard options.

• Integrate advancing technologies and AI into operational workflows.

• Manage client communications, resource allocation, execution strategies, internal project communications, and risk assessment.

• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills.

• Contribute to the management and evolution of Linguistic Modeling & Search services.

• Foster teamwork, support, and professionalism within project teams, Review Intelligence, and various departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent additional professional or academic experience in research, data mining, strategic search, data analysis, text analysis, technology-assisted review (TAR), Electronically Stored Information (ESI), content management, or linguistic analysis.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a well-developed sense of order and organization.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Proficient pattern recognition skills.

• Ability to rapidly learn new technologies and processes.

• Capacity to adapt quickly to new situations and thrive in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.

• Competence in managing competing priorities and working independently or collaboratively within a team.

• Proficiency in a PC/Windows environment utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Willingness to be on call periodically and work outside of standard working hours.

• Ability to travel by automobile or airplane.
