This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• Design solution architectures for Operate & Assist implementations tailored to client specifications.
• Verify technical consistency and viability prior to project initiation.
• Implement technical checklists for each tool, encompassing Operate Insights, Centrical, and Knowledge Base.
• Facilitate data transfer between client systems and TP platforms, including EMA, addressing data formats, interfaces, and quality.
• Integrate BI/reporting systems, particularly Power BI, with operational data sources.
• Adhere to data privacy and compliance regulations, including PII redaction, throughout the data integration process.
• Oversee Operate & Assist implementations from solution design and data integration to Go-Live.
• Manage communication with stakeholders, including client IT, internal QA, and operations teams.
• Investigate and resolve technical challenges related to translation tools and system integrations.
• Collaborate with internal IT support by creating tickets and initiating installations.
• Work alongside QA teams to guarantee solution quality.
• Identify opportunities for automation and data analytics within operational workflows.
• Propel workflow and reporting automation initiatives.
• Establish technical standards for Operate & Assist implementations within the DSI team.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation that outlines architecture, data flows, and implementation checklists.
• Disseminate knowledge among team members and operations colleagues.
• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience as a Solution Architect, Data/Integration Engineer, Technical Project Manager, or in a similar capacity.
• Demonstrated success in implementing operational business technologies, including QA, BI, reporting, or workforce automation systems.
• Strong understanding of data integration and system architecture, particularly APIs, data flows, and interfaces.
• Proficient in Power BI, with expertise in reporting and data modeling.
• Background in workforce management, quality management, or AI-based process solutions like knowledge bases and translation tools.
• Structured project management abilities and technical documentation skills.
• Proficiency in English at C1 level.
• Proficiency in German at B2 level.
• Basic knowledge of workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Power Automate is advantageous.
• Experience in the Customer Experience sector is a plus.
• Strong technical affinity with a structured, solution-oriented approach.
• Capability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
• Self-motivated work ethic and resilience during critical project phases.
• Team-oriented with exceptional cross-functional communication skills, bridging Client IT, QA, and Operations.
• Quick learner who can adapt to new technologies rapidly.
