Solution Architect – Engineering Performance, Metrics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Analyze the current engineering performance tool along with its technical framework.

• Assess software engineering toolchains, integrations, and comprehensive data flows.

• Review support for DORA metrics, Developer Experience (DevEx), and the SPACE framework.

• Identify architectural shortcomings, data quality concerns, and opportunities to enhance engineering productivity insights.

• Formulate actionable recommendations for technical architecture, data integration, and measurement strategies.

• Collaborate with engineering and technology stakeholders to present findings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in solution architecture at an expert level.

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in solution architecture and engineering analytics.

• In-depth knowledge of software engineering toolchains and their associated data flows.

• Strong understanding of engineering performance, productivity, and DORA metrics.

• Experience in measuring Developer Experience (DevEx) and familiarity with the SPACE framework.

• Robust capabilities in technical architecture and data integration.

• Proficient in English.

• Familiarity with Atlassian DX and the broader Atlassian ecosystem, including tools like Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence (desirable).

• Experience with engineering intelligence or developer productivity platforms (desirable).

• Knowledge of the German language (a plus).
