Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the comprehensive architectural design for Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud solutions, encompassing Retail Execution, Offline Mobile App, Trade Promotion Management, and DSD/Van Sales.

• Establish system topologies, data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks that adhere to Salesforce architectural best practices.

• Design an offline mobile synchronization strategy, enhancing local device payload sizes, historical data ingestion, and synchronization performance.

• Convert FMCG business challenges and commercial objectives into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with Business Consultants.

• Execute architecture reviews and assess custom code, point-and-click configurations, and out-of-the-box features.

• Manage platform technical debt, supervise code reviews, and guarantee project quality.

• Offer technical direction and mentorship to Salesforce Developers, System Integrators, and Technical Consultants.

• Create integrations between Salesforce CG Cloud and ERP, warehouse management, and supply chain systems utilizing middleware or REST/SOAP APIs.

• Operate in dynamic, multi-market rollout settings and enhance value through project execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Architect.

• Demonstrated success in leading a minimum of 2+ full-lifecycle enterprise implementations of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud or legacy CloudSense/AFS Retail Execution platforms.

• Profound functional domain expertise in FMCG/CPG industry processes.

• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CG Cloud Offline Mobile App architecture and synchronization engines.

• Proficiency in Salesforce platform security, handling Large Data Volumes, Apex performance optimization, and Governor Limits.

• Excellent communication abilities to convey intricate technical decisions to C-level executives and business/non-technical stakeholders.

• Capacity to excel in fast-paced, multi-market rollout environments.

• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt, learn, and manage ambiguity.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional languages are advantageous.

• Residency in Germany, Greece, or Portugal is required.
