This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical implementation of strategic F100 deployments across multi-cloud, on-premises, and hybrid setups.

• Create comprehensive reference architectures that encompass data, identity, security, and infrastructure for regulated environments.

• Develop and document field integrations across the AI/ML ecosystem, which includes data platforms, model registries, and MLOps tools.

• Support the Solutions team with field integrations.

• Collaborate with account and sales engineering teams to scope, create custom demonstrations, and conduct proofs of concept for customer AI applications.

• Convert field insights into actionable input for the Product and Engineering roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production, including upgrades, migrations, multi-region disaster recovery, and large-scale cluster management.

• Proven track record of end-to-end enterprise Kubernetes implementations in cloud or on-premises environments.

• Direct experience managing strategic customer relationships at the CTO or platform-lead level.

• Practical experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Capability to convert security and compliance requirements into architectures that are auditable.

• Experience in AI/ML or data platforms, particularly in regulated environments, is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with OpenShift is highly regarded.

• Experience with Azure is a notable advantage.
