Lead Solutions Engineer, Strategic

📋 Description

• Engage with customers to gain insight into their business challenges, technical environments, and specific requirements.

• Create and present customized AcuityMD solutions.

• Work alongside the Sales team to formulate account strategies and propel the sales process.

• Convert technical requirements into future-state system designs that integrate with customers’ technology stacks.

• Conduct product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and presentations.

• Address technical inquiries, RFIs, and RFPs.

• Offer customer and industry insights to Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.

• Participate in industry conferences, webinars, and events.

• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and personal learning.

• Travel domestically for up to 30%–40% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in the IT sector, emphasizing pre-sales or technical sales roles.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills focusing on needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques.

• Exceptional presentation and demonstration abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms, AI/ML-driven products, or enterprise SaaS applications.

• Experience in collaborating with sales, marketing, product management, engineering, and customer success teams.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and innovative solution development.

• Proven fluency with AI-driven products and a quick learning and adaptation ability.

• A valid work permit for the USA or Canada is required.

• Up to 30%–40% domestic travel is necessary.

• A background in MedTech or healthcare IT is not mandatory.

• Preferred: Experience in the MedTech or healthcare industry.

• Preferred: Familiarity with data analytics, business intelligence tools, and data visualization.

• Preferred: Knowledge of NPI, Medicare claims, PubMed, and ICD/CPT/HCPCS codes.
