Kinaxis Solution Architect, Supply Chain Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy for supply chain planning and the Maestro solution.

• Design, configure, and implement comprehensive supply chain planning solutions utilizing the Kinaxis Maestro platform.

• Connect business needs with technical execution effectively.

• Lead the Supply Chain team in developing scalable models for demand, supply, and S&OP.

• Integrate Kinaxis with Oracle ERP and additional enterprise systems.

• Supervise solutions for Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Management, and Capacity Planning.

• Promote user adoption while ensuring the reliability and sustainability of the Global Supply Chain Planning organization.

• Act as the main contact for Kinaxis Maestro authorship, configuration, data mapping, automation, and performance enhancement.

• Convert complex supply chain requirements into scalable technical designs.

• Configure worksheets, dashboards, alerts, and models for scenario planning.

• Design data flows, APIs, and ETL pipelines between Kinaxis and enterprise systems like SAP and Oracle.

• Set up and refine supply chain planning workflows.

• Diagnose and resolve both functional and technical problems.

• Develop, improve, and sustain Kinaxis resources and supply chain planning integrations.

• Facilitate business workshops, guide functional teams through User Acceptance Testing, and ensure architectural governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of extensive, hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse and the Maestro AI platform.

• Previous role as a Solution Architect in supply chain planning initiatives.

• More than 5 years of experience with integrations and data modeling, ideally with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle and business tools such as Salesforce.

• Strong grasp of end-to-end planning processes, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Capacity Planning, and S&OP.

• Previous experience in the semiconductor industry is advantageous.

• Expertise in data modeling, APIs, ETL processes, and ERP synchronization.

• Capability to translate complex technical ideas into actionable strategies for executive stakeholders.

• Ability to collaborate across a global organization while managing multiple time zones.

• Kinaxis Author-level certification is a plus.
