This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• Collect and convert Finance, Procurement, and IT business requirements into effective solution designs.

• Develop solution direction into technical specifications, including field-level mappings, transformation logic, error handling, and edge cases.

• Collaborate with the Data/Analytics team regarding Snowflake mart consumption requirements.

• Establish data contracts and semantic mappings between Snowflake datasets and MCP tool schemas/connector outputs.

• Create solution blueprints that encompass data flow, business logic, and acceptance criteria.

• Write code for integrations, including prototypes, mapping/transformation logic, and connector implementations.

• Verify technical feasibility with the Technical Architect.

• Take ownership of use-case acceptance criteria and validate the delivered connectors/agents.

• Keep a catalog of curated data domains and associated agent use cases.

• Act as the primary point of contact between integration, business, and data stakeholders.

• Over 6 years of experience in solution/business analysis, integration engineering, or a similar role connecting business and engineering teams.

• Proficient in Python or TypeScript/Node.js.

• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse.

• Experience with data models, views, and semantic layers.

• Proven ability to translate vague business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications.

• Familiarity with agent/LLM tool-calling concepts, MCP or similar platforms.

• Understanding of data governance, access control, and data quality principles.

• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders in English.

• Comfortable leading requirements workshops with business leaders.
