Software Verification Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Verify customer software utilizing the provided technical documentation.

• Execute software builds across a variety of programming languages.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve build issues to ensure that software meets established quality standards.

• Conduct additional feature testing as needed to ensure that built software operates as documented.

• Analyze software requirements and technical documentation to comprehend build processes and dependencies.

• Collaborate with team members and clients to gather requirements and provide updates.

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and programming languages pertinent to software verification.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of verification processes and practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with the fundamentals of Linux, Windows, and Mac environments.

• At least 2 years of software development experience is advantageous.

• Basic knowledge of Python, Java, NodeJS, and PHP.

• Prior experience or understanding of database and server configurations, including MongoDB, SQL, and MySQL.

• Previous experience or familiarity with Git.

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is beneficial.

• Fundamental knowledge of API configuration is advantageous.

• Experience with build tools such as msbuild, webpack, and maven is beneficial.

• Capability to follow technical build documentation accurately and methodically.

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and software development tools.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret technical documentation and identify key requirements.

• Excellent problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving intricate software issues.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and clients.

• Adaptability to various programming environments and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
