Software Engineer, Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Design and develop features across the entire technology stack at a large scale.

• Enhance, repair, and integrate systems with existing bank infrastructure, core banking systems, and third-party compliance providers.

• Address technical challenges related to multi-tenant architecture, real-time data processing, and high-level banking reliability.

• Engage directly with major banks to comprehend onboarding needs and convert business logic into technical solutions.

• Take ownership of performance, scalability, and reliability for systems handling millions of applications across numerous banking products.

• Collaborate closely with clients, the product team, and engineering leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency with contemporary web technologies (React, Node.js, PostgreSQL is preferred).

• Strong skills in system design and experience with scalable architectures.

• Capability to tackle complex technical issues while considering business implications.

• Ability to find a balance between technical excellence and delivering business-impacting features.

• Focus on user experience for both consumers and bank employees.

• Openness to working directly with customers and iterating based on their feedback.

• Willingness to take ownership of significant aspects of the product and influence technical decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must be located within the continental United States.
