Software Engineer – Monetization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance monetization systems, including enrollment processes, paywalls, subscription management, reactivation experiences, and marketing integrations across both web and mobile platforms.

• Create features that impact millions of customers, driving Aura's growth and revenue.

• Collaborate effectively with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data teams.

• Conduct experiments, deliver quickly, and iterate based on findings.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to speed up feature delivery.

• Implement software engineering best practices, robust testing, and appropriate safeguards to ensure high-quality outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven history of shipping and maintaining products in a production environment.

• Full-stack experience utilizing modern front-end frameworks, such as React/TypeScript, and familiarity with back-end technologies, including Node.js, GraphQL, and REST APIs.

• Capability to contribute to frontend, backend, or mobile codebases as necessary.

• Familiarity with contemporary web tooling, including bundlers, CI/CD processes, and testing frameworks.

• Experience with analytics and observability tools like OpenTelemetry, PostHog, SigNoz, Grafana, or Datadog.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote-first environment.

• Proficient in using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Copilot.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
