📋 Description

• Evaluate realistic programming assignments crafted for AI assessment.

• Analyze the precision and organization of different evaluation frameworks.

• Navigate through thought processes while validating code.

• Offer constructive suggestions for enhancing task complexity and realism.

• Conduct screen-sharing sessions to review environments and pinpoint possible flaws or enhancements.

• Engage in code reviews, technical discussions, and provide direct feedback on task designs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a software engineer or developer.

• Residing in Brazil or Argentina.

• Knowledge of creating or validating coding tasks and testing environments.

• Proficient in discussing technical architectures and evaluation systems.

• Hands-on experience in building, reviewing, or testing evaluation frameworks and programming assignments.

• Experience in backend development, full-stack engineering, or quality assurance automation.
