Software Engineer II, DevOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +22 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain the infrastructure, pipelines, and tools for AI-driven products

• Manage infrastructure as code along with CI/CD pipelines

• Provide infrastructure insights during architectural discussions

• Enhance observability, alerting, incident response, and tracing capabilities

• Direct infrastructure initiatives from initial scoping to full implementation

• Ensure a secure, dependable, and cost-effective AWS environment

• Evaluate team members’ infrastructure code and disseminate knowledge

• Utilize AI tools in infrastructure tasks and communicate best practices

• Work collaboratively with product and data engineers

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with AWS core services, such as EC2, EKS or ECS, S3, IAM, and networking

• 2–4 years of experience in DevOps engineering

• Proficiency in infrastructure as code with Terraform or CloudFormation

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

• Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion

• Capable of clearly articulating technical trade-offs to engineers outside the infrastructure domain

• Interest in AI and experience utilizing AI tools for infrastructure, debugging, or automation

• Experience with Kubernetes is a plus

• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer

• Must reside in one of the designated hiring states
