This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Product teams to design and define new features for the core platform.

• Architect solutions based on specifications outlined in requirements documents for larger features.

• Create data schemas that adapt to evolving business needs.

• Utilize Salesforce technologies within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Partner closely with senior engineers to design and develop software systems.

• Engage with the company’s core technology stack.

• Collaborate with product managers to refine and clarify requirements in a limited capacity.

• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, and Software Engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

• Over 3 years of experience in Software Development.

• More than 2 years of experience in Salesforce Development.

• Proven experience in building complex software systems.

• Ability to communicate effectively with users, technical teams, and senior management to gather requirements and articulate software product features, technical designs, and product strategy.

• Strong understanding of professional software engineering practices and best practices throughout the complete software life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.

• Familiarity with AI tools and the Agentic SDLC.

• Experience with agile development methodologies.

• Experience with Salesforce development managed packages is a plus.

• Salesforce development certification is advantageous.
