Staff Software Engineer – Biopharma Reporting, Specialty Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create analytical products utilizing clinical data sets gathered from various systems, including EMR, PMS, and PDS.

• Deliver value to practices and pharmaceutical companies by developing reports and dashboards that enhance the effectiveness and utilization of clinical products.

• Enhance data elements from reference source systems to improve analytical offerings.

• Design and define new products aligned with pharmaceutical manufacturers’ crucial data initiatives.

• Assist in building sales enablement tools to facilitate feasibility requests for manufacturers.

• Manage daily operations and provide support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred 4-8 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with a strong work ethic and sense of humor.

• A minimum of 3 years of software development experience.

• Proficiency in Python is required.

• Experience with SSIS is preferred.

• Airflow experience is mandatory.

• Familiarity with BI data visualization techniques.

• Front-end web development experience (Angular, React) is preferred.

• SQL experience with relational databases is essential.

• Comfortable working with open-source technologies.

• Experience with healthcare data is preferred.

• Knowledge of building and deploying pipelines to support CI/CD, such as ArgoCD, Harbor, and Liquibase.

• Familiarity with GCP is preferred, along with experience in GKE Kubernetes.
