This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Create and develop full-stack features encompassing front-end, back-end, data modeling, infrastructure, and test automation.
β’ Take ownership of significant, complex projects from inception to general availability, including planning, design, execution, delivery, and operational excellence.
β’ Lead challenging front-end initiatives involving the rendering of virtualized views with hundreds of thousands of rows.
β’ Architect intricate back-end and distributed systems, APIs, and data pipelines for real-time collaboration, large datasets, and high-concurrency workloads.
β’ Identify and resolve operational and developer-experience challenges across the team by developing tools and infrastructure.
β’ Utilize AI coding tools such as Claude throughout the software development lifecycle.
β’ Direct design and code reviews while mentoring engineers through intricate projects.
β’ Collaborate with product and design teams from concept through to launch.
β’ Ensure code reliability and observability, along with production monitoring and iterative improvements based on usage and feedback.
β’ Manage competing priorities and dependencies among product, design, data, and customer success teams.
β’ Over 5 years of engineering experience in a collaborative team setting.
β’ More than 3 years of experience in service-oriented architecture, deployment systems, and cloud infrastructure.
β’ Proficient in at least one high-level programming language, such as Ruby, Java, Go, Python, or TypeScript.
β’ Familiarity with modern client-side JavaScript libraries, including React and Redux.
β’ Experience with application migration patterns and understanding tradeoff scenarios.
β’ Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and REST design principles.
β’ Strong writing skills and effective communication in person.
β’ A desire to learn new technologies and systems.
β’ A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
β’ Legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis.
