Software Engineer I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the design, architecture, and development of various components of the platform, including new features, integrations, and software defect resolutions.

• Engage in code reviews and offer constructive feedback on the designs and code of others.

• Balance technical debt, feature development, and customer support effectively.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to your code and production environments.

• Take initiative in addressing complex problems systematically.

• Make informed tactical and strategic trade-offs.

• Assume responsibility for the technical debt associated with your own software.

• Provide assistance to the team in delivering features when necessary.

• Confident in utilizing AI agents for development tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in the Spring Ecosystem: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JDBC, JPA, and Spring Security.

• Experience with Java EE technologies (Servlets, JSTL, JSP, JDBC).

• Familiarity with SQL queries or procedures.

• Knowledge of Typescript, JavaScript, and jQuery.

• Experience with the React framework.

• Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server (writing optimized queries, stored procedures, triggers, etc.).

• Understanding of API Design (REST, JAX-RS).

• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (ReactJS and/or Angular).

• Experience with Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS, and SASS.

• Experience working with third-party APIs.

• Familiarity with cloud-based version control systems, primarily GitHub or Bitbucket.

• Comfortable with Agentic AI development.

• Experience in CRM Development (Salesforce, Dynamics, ServiceNow) is a plus.

• Familiarity with AWS services, particularly EC2 and S3 buckets, is a plus.
