Software Engineer I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain the foundational backend platform, encompassing microservice frameworks, libraries, asynchronous inter-service communication, and media management.

• Collaborate proactively with engineering teams to identify and resolve gaps.

• Effectively communicate with stakeholders while proposing and implementing solutions.

• Ensure the services maintain high availability and application security.

• Establish elevated standards for engineering design and code quality.

• Leverage AI agents to automate repetitive coding tasks and create comprehensive testing suites.

• Use AI-driven tools for code analysis and vulnerability detection.

• Incorporate AI-generated insights into performance monitoring to identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in platform or product engineering.

• Familiarity with microservice architecture and experience with consumer-scale systems.

• Solid understanding of modern technologies and practical coding experience in Go, C++, Python, or Java.

• Experience in a cloud environment and strong grasp of engineering fundamentals.

• Ability to communicate succinctly and clearly, both verbally and in writing.
