Software Engineer – GTM Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Transform AI-generated prototypes from the GTM team into production-ready solutions, covering aspects such as authentication, access management, error handling, data integrity, testing, monitoring, documentation, and handover.

• Take ownership of hosting, environments, CI/CD processes, secrets management, backups, dependencies, and releases for services owned by the GTM team.

• Ensure the security of partner-facing software, which includes authentication, role and hierarchy management, and protection of partner and end-customer data, along with addressing enterprise security inquiries.

• Manage repositories, conduct code reviews, implement feature flags, and uphold standards for prototype delivery.

• Execute staged releases, orchestrate pilot partner rollouts, develop rollback plans, and manage release communications in collaboration with the GTM team.

• Create a cohesive solution landscape by collaborating with internal data, process, and product specialists.

• Share responsibility for the context layer utilized by GTM, sales, customer success, and other stakeholders.

• Contribute to Wingtra's AI engineering initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering or computer science.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack engineering.

• Proven experience in operating a customer-facing web application in a production environment.

• Proficiency in TypeScript and Next.js.

• Experience with Postgres database management.

• Familiarity with modern hosting platforms.

• Capability to utilize coding agents as a default workflow while reviewing, enhancing, and taking ownership of code produced by others.

• Understanding of authentication, authorization, multi-tenant scoping, secrets management, and fundamental data protection principles.

• Experience with CRM and ERP APIs, such as HubSpot, Odoo, or similar systems.

• Knowledge of webhooks and the ability to reconcile data across disparate systems.

• Background in product management along with familiarity with best practices in the field.

• Strong documentation skills, proactive communication, and commitment to enforcing quality standards.
