Full Stack Product Engineer – Bling Schule

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of platform areas from technical conception and architecture to operational execution.

• Collaborate with the CTO and Lead Developer to make architectural decisions.

• Enhance infrastructure, services, data models, and the AWS cloud environment.

• Set standards for code quality, testing, and observability.

• Engage directly with customers to translate the daily realities of schools and childcare centers into actionable solutions.

• Contribute to shaping the technical vision of a cashless payment provider catering to schools and childcare centers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.

• Familiarity with production systems utilized by real users.

• Proficiency in TypeScript, NestJS, Node.js, relational databases, and AWS; or alternatively, experience with Java/Spring Boot or C#/.NET alongside TypeScript.

• Experience with modern AI coding tools.

• Demonstrated ability to independently make architectural decisions and articulate the rationale behind them.

• Background in complex business domains or regulatory frameworks—such as payments, billing, financial products, or healthcare—is highly advantageous.

• Autonomous working style with a readiness to share your own ideas.

• Dedication to clean engineering practices and practical decision-making.
