Software Engineer, Go

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance new functionalities for the organization’s essential systems.

• Ensure that production systems comply with rigorous non-functional standards for performance, scalability, security, availability, resilience, and ecosystem integration.

• Monitor the performance and behavior of applications post-deployment.

• Maintain traceability of enhancements through clear and current documentation.

• Actively engage with the team during Code Reviews, promoting best practices and driving the technical advancement of the ecosystem.

• Collaborate on team planning, contributing to and developing initiatives that yield results for customers.

• Participate in the team responsible for Pix end-to-end processes—from message authorization and routing to settlement—on a national scale, adhering to the regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in software development using Go (Golang).

• Quality-focused mindset, incorporating automated testing and continuous code inspection.

• Familiarity with microservices architecture.

• Experience in messaging and event-driven architecture (Kafka and/or RabbitMQ).

• Proficient with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).

• A curious and proactive approach to identifying gaps in processes or architecture and proposing innovative solutions.

• Willingness to learn and adaptability in working with new technologies.

• Preferred: knowledge or interest in the financial sector, specifically payment systems.

• Preferred: experience with public or private cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or OpenStack).

• Preferred: expertise in advanced architectural patterns and methods (Event Sourcing, CQRS, Hexagonal Architecture, Lambda Architecture).

• Preferred: experience with non-relational data modeling (NoSQL).

• Preferred: familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, ideally Azure DevOps.
