Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Python, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance software components for various projects.

• Create and improve responsive web applications tailored for contract management.

• Construct dynamic interfaces and robust APIs to ensure smooth communication between the frontend and backend.

• Integrate applications with LLMs and RAG pipelines utilizing LangChain.

• Process and manipulate documents as well as data spreadsheets.

• Connect applications with corporate data sources, managing structured data and ETL workflows.

• Guarantee scalability, high availability, and fault tolerance.

• Utilize distributed caching and asynchronous calls.

• Implement secure development practices, including access control, authentication, and API documentation.

• Develop and maintain automated tests while participating in the integration pipeline.

• Document architectural decisions and investigate complex issues.

• Assist in defining team standards and mentor less experienced professionals.

• Collaborate with data scientists, architecture teams, UX designers, security experts, and business teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree obtained at least 10 years ago in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Strong frontend development experience, with expertise in TypeScript and React using Vite.

• Experience in building interfaces with MUI and implementing routing using React Router.

• Strong backend development experience, with proficiency in Python and FastAPI.

• Knowledge and application of Clean Architecture principles.

• Data validation experience using Pydantic and Pydantic Settings.

• Dependency injection experience with Dependency-Injector.

• Experience in managing asynchronous state with TanStack Query.

• Expertise in modeling and querying relational databases, including PostgreSQL/Aurora.

• Experience with MongoDB NoSQL databases specifically for RAG/ETL workflows.

• Development and documentation of REST APIs using OpenAPI/Swagger.

• Experience with asynchronous HTTP clients such as HTTPX.

• Proficiency in Docker, Poetry, Git, and Pytest.

• Ability to clearly communicate technical decisions and their implications.

• Practical experience with Generative AI, LangChain, pdfplumber, Pandas, and Openpyxl is advantageous.

• Familiarity with React Use WebSocket and React Markdown is beneficial.

• Knowledge of Redis or ElastiCache, Authlib, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect is a plus.

• Experience integrating with SAP, complex document platforms, or applications designed for intermittent connectivity is a plus.

• Understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design is a plus.

• Experience in regulated industries, such as Oil & Gas or Energy, is a plus.
