Software Engineer – Full Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable web, mobile, and backend applications.

• Assume complete ownership of features, overseeing everything from technical planning and implementation to testing, deployment, and production monitoring.

• Collaborate with product, design, QA, and other cross-functional teams to grasp requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications utilizing AWS, Docker, and cloud infrastructure.

• Engage in technical discussions, contribute to architectural decisions, and enhance system performance and scalability.

• Participate in code reviews, uphold engineering best practices, and drive continuous improvements in code quality and development workflows.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to boost engineering productivity while ensuring code quality and reliability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 4 years of professional software engineering experience.

• Proficient understanding of software architecture, system design, application security, and performance optimization.

• Extensive experience in front-end development, preferably with React.js.

• Practical experience in building mobile applications, ideally using React Native.

• Solid backend development experience using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Elixir, or similar.

• Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs.

• Strong understanding of both relational and non-relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, including AWS or GCP.

• Practical experience with Docker and containerized applications.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated deployment processes.

• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.

• Must be available to work in Malaysia/Singapore time (GMT+8).

• Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
