Software Engineer, CDP – Stablecoin

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop backend services for the issuance, onboarding, and management of stablecoins.

• Integrate external partner APIs with internal systems to facilitate the launch of new international stablecoins.

• Take full ownership of feature delivery from the technical design phase through to production.

• Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and technical leads on scope and implementation strategies.

• Support smart contracts that are responsible for minting, burning, and protecting the stablecoin supply.

• Work alongside the Stablecoins UX, Growth, and Ecosystem teams to enhance rewards, incentives, and conversion functionalities.

• Enhance platform reliability and quality through well-tested code, observability, monitoring, and operational excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in building and maintaining production backend services within a service-oriented architecture.

• Strong proficiency in Go programming language.

• Familiarity with blockchain fundamentals, including Ethereum or other similar EVM chains.

• Experience in evaluating, integrating, and managing third-party APIs and external partner systems.

• Capability to autonomously deliver features from design through to deployment and ongoing operation.

• Knowledge of distributed systems patterns.

• Proven track record of producing high-quality, well-tested production code.

• Responsible utilization of generative AI, ensuring human oversight for business-ready outputs and measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
