This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Resolve moderately complex bugs in known code and basic issues in unfamiliar code.

• Independently develop new functionalities with architectural guidance as necessary.

• Utilize .NET and C# for development, implementing SOLID principles, design patterns, and dependency injection.

• Create reliable unit tests and contribute to the standards of engineering quality.

• Employ AI-assisted development tools while reviewing code for quality, security, and accuracy.

• Collaborate with testers and DevOps teams.

• Participate in sprint planning activities.

• Assist in resolving support issues at their root cause.

• Mentor junior developers and uphold high coding standards.

• Gain knowledge of the Pharmaceutical TMF domain and apply it in client solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in software development.

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft .NET and C#.

• Experience in unit testing, dependency injection, and RESTful web services.

• Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server, Azure SQL, or MySQL.

• Exposure to web UI development frameworks like React, Angular, or jQuery.

• Confidence in using AI-assisted coding tools with a critical evaluation of output quality and security.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented mindset.

• Preferred familiarity with GCP and/or TMF, though not essential.
