Software Engineer, AI Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify new audio data sources and establish dependable pipelines for integration into training datasets.

• Develop and enhance large-scale data-processing systems, focusing on optimizing data quality, throughput, and cost efficiency.

• Work closely with AI Scientists to refine training datasets and assist in the development of next-generation models.

• Assume responsibility for engineering projects from initial problem identification to implementation and ongoing enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a solid foundation in backend development.

• Expertise in Python and Bash within Linux environments.

• Proven track record in building and managing production systems, especially those involving data pipelines or large-scale data processing.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, initiative, and capacity to work independently in uncertain situations.

• Familiarity with web crawlers, data acquisition, or distributed data-processing systems.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code, particularly with GCP and Terraform.

• Understanding of ML training data, dataset quality, or audio processing.
