Senior ML Engineer, AI Solutions – Greek-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the design, implementation, and enhancement of AI agents and various LLM-driven products.

• Incorporate new models into the platform and establish benchmarks for their evaluation.

• Manage real-time observability for agents.

• Develop the production backend that supports the agents and the overarching platform.

• Leverage knowledge of LLM architecture to influence agent design.

• Expand the AI function by defining best practices, elevating standards in reviews, and providing mentorship.

• Create AI solutions to enhance Sword’s AI Care healthcare platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in building and operating production software.

• A solid understanding of LLM architecture and its behavior.

• Extensive experience with SQL, Python, and event-driven design.

• Proven track record of delivering LLM-powered features and ensuring their observability.

• Experience in designing evaluations.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably GCP.

• Proven experience in leading and managing complex, ambiguous projects from conception to completion and maintenance.

• Experience in providing technical guidance and mentoring to peers.

• Proficient communication skills in both Greek and English.

• At least Explorer (Level 1) proficiency in AI, utilizing AI tools daily to enhance personal productivity.
