Software Development Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee cohorts of students as they navigate their educational journey

• Offer structure, guidance, and inspiration to learners

• Design and present captivating lessons, workshops, and live coding demonstrations

• Address technical inquiries, obstacles, and learning difficulties

• Analyze student feedback and learning metrics to enhance teaching effectiveness

• Perform code evaluations and assessments

• Conduct individual mentoring sessions to foster personal development

• Instruct on contemporary web technologies

• Assist learners from varied backgrounds

• Collaborate with instructional and program teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive practical experience in modern full-stack web development

• Particularly strong expertise with the MERN stack, TypeScript, and API-driven architectures

• Hands-on experience with AI implementations in web applications

• Demonstrated capability to teach, mentor, and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to learners from diverse backgrounds

• Proficient in German at C1–C2 level, preferably native

• Fluent in English

• Familiarity with C#, Java, or similar programming languages is advantageous

• Strong understanding of professional software development processes

• Ability to exemplify clean, organized, and maintainable coding standards

• Empathy, organization, and a learner-centered approach

• Commitment to ensuring student success

• Eagerness to continuously learn, develop, and refine technical skills and teaching techniques

• Capacity to work collaboratively with instructional and program teams
