Dynamics Developer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM initiatives, encompassing upgrades, migrations, and user support.

• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP solutions, such as Business Central or Supply Chain Management.

• Develop and manage Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to enhance processes and automate tasks.

• Manage SharePoint administration.

• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining communication with stakeholders.

• Evaluate business processes to pinpoint opportunities for automation and optimization.

• Generate business requirements, functional specifications, and process-flow documentation.

• Perform gap analyses and suggest improvements or new solutions.

• Ensure data integrity through validation, audits, and reconciliation.

• Notify the Change Advisory Board (CAB) of system changes and outages prior to implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 3–6 years of experience in developing business applications, cloud system administration, or as a data analyst (internships included).

• Preferred: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Preferred: Over 6 years of experience in business systems or IT support.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP, including configuration and customization aspects.

• Expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate for automating workflows.

• Experience in creating business rules, forms, views, and command bar extensions.

• In-depth understanding of Dataverse data modeling, including tables, relationships, and choices.

• Familiarity with the distinctions between CRM configuration and customization.

• Capability to perform SharePoint administration tasks.

• Strong grasp of business processes and data analysis tools.

• Experience with SharePoint workflows and IT infrastructure.

• Demonstrated ability to design and implement business solutions.
