Software Development Engineer III – Workflow AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design workflows that enhance automation through prompt-driven inputs.

• Incorporate AI functionalities into processes such as Email, SMS, and Code execution.

• Execute AI-based recipe and template recommendations tailored to user prompts.

• Develop tools for creating custom AI agents to manage automation tasks.

• Create sophisticated AI features, including Data Extraction, Text-to-Voice conversion, and Data Analysis.

• Collaborate with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and knowledge repositories to facilitate intelligent, context-sensitive workflows.

• Enhance APIs to manage millions of requests monthly while maintaining low latency.

• Guide junior engineers and spearhead AI-focused projects.

• Excellent skills in JavaScript and Node.js for backend development.

• Familiarity with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, vector databases (like Pinecone and Weaviate), and RAG systems.

• Expertise in establishing and integrating knowledge bases, utilizing AI for context-aware solutions.

• Competent in data processing for LLMs and scaling AI infrastructures.

• Driven by experimentation, demonstrating strong ownership and a problem-solving mindset.

• Over 4 years of software development experience, including more than 1.5 years in AI-centric projects.
