AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement scalable applications utilizing Go, Python, and other contemporary programming languages.

• Create and integrate AI-powered solutions, including prompt engineering and automation workflows.

• Quickly prototype and refine new concepts to produce minimum viable products (MVPs).

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define, design, and execute technical solutions.

• Enhance code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Engage in design reviews, code reviews, and contribute to the improvement of processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Expertise in Go, Python, and at least one other modern programming language (Java, C#, or Rust).

• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and automation tools (e.g., IBM UFT, PowerAutomate).

• Strong knowledge of cloud-native development and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).

• Experience with OpenAI.

• Practical experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.

• Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).

• Preference for experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure as code.

• Preference for experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation.

• Preference for knowledge of AI operations and MLOps practices.

• Preference for familiarity with secure coding principles and basic cybersecurity best practices.

• Experience in federal, defense, or highly regulated environments is an advantage.

• Relevant industry certifications are a plus.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.
