• Set and uphold software development standards, frameworks, and governance.

• Encourage best practices in architecture, coding standards, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps.

• Ensure high standards of code quality, security, performance, and maintainability.

• Advocate for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Oversee the execution of multiple software initiatives across various teams.

• Ensure timely and consistent delivery of high-quality products within scope.

• Align development priorities with business needs and product strategies.

• Identify and mitigate risks across projects and portfolios.

• Champion Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) at scale within the organization.

• Drive agile maturity, continuous delivery, and iterative development practices.

• Optimize processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and team productivity.

• Proven track record in a senior leadership role (Director or above) within software development.

• Strong technical foundation with a deep understanding of contemporary software engineering practices.

• Experience in managing multiple teams and leaders (e.g., Managers, Leads).

• Demonstrated success in executing large-scale, complex software initiatives.

• Experience in leading Agile transformations throughout organizations.

• Strong background in driving digital transformation initiatives.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.

• Capability to influence and collaborate at the executive level.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
