Software Developer – Must Own MacBook

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute and narrate authentic software development tasks on a Mac.

• Develop, troubleshoot, refactor, and assess code.

• Generate high-quality training data for sophisticated AI models.

• Navigate real development workflows to evaluate and enhance state-of-the-art AI models.

• Submit a resume and participate in a 3-minute AI interview.

• Complete a short paid assessment.

• Work approximately 10–20 hours per week on a self-managed schedule.

• Receive follow-up communication regarding the status of your application and subsequent steps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a MacBook or Mac equipped with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor.

• macOS version 15 or above is required.

• Applications from individuals without a Mac will not be considered.

• Practical experience with one or more programming languages, including Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Swift, Java, or Go.

• Familiarity with VS Code, Xcode, Terminal, Git, and package managers on macOS.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree, or possess 2–3 years of relevant experience along with a Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.

• 2–3 years of professional programming experience, or currently enrolled in a postgraduate Computer Science program.

• Capability to articulate reasoning clearly during work processes.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be able to operate as an independent contractor.

• H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible.
