This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Submit an existing software repository for an initial evaluation to determine its potential licensing value.

• Receive an assessment based on the codebase and relevant acceptance criteria.

• Investigate licensing opportunities if the repository meets the necessary qualifications.

• Examine the estimated value prior to making a decision on whether to proceed.

• Obtain compensation based on the agreed licensing terms if a transaction is finalized.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in software development or ownership of an existing software product, application, or repository.

• Full ownership or legal authority to license the submitted source code.

• Access to original code repositories, which may include discontinued products, abandoned projects, internal tools, or independently developed software.

• The code must not contain third-party materials that you are not authorized to sublicense.

• $100 per 1M source-code tokens for standard non-exclusive licensing.

• $40 per 1M Git-history tokens for standard non-exclusive licensing.
