Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications and software solutions.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to development best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and technical challenges.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Develop and maintain database structures, queries, and integrations as necessary.

• Support application deployments, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance activities.

• Collaborate effectively utilizing remote communication and project collaboration tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of application development experience using one or more of the following: .NET, C#, Angular, Drupal, XML, PHP, Python, SQL, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL.

• At least 1 year of experience with remote collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Skype, SharePoint, or similar platforms.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.

• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Experience supporting the complete software development lifecycle from design to deployment.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and work independently when necessary.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Currently authorized to work in the United States.

• Proficiency in English is essential.

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is advantageous.

• Experience integrating applications with APIs and third-party platforms is a plus.

• Familiarity with cloud-based environments and deployment practices is beneficial.

• Expertise in optimizing application and database performance is a plus.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is advantageous.

• Relevant technical certifications are beneficial but not mandatory.
