Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain front-end web applications utilizing contemporary web technologies and low-code platforms.

• Create and style responsive, user-centric interfaces within the Mendix platform.

• Develop and uphold backend REST services and business logic that support platform capabilities and agentic AI workflows.

• Contribute to the development of agentic AI components by leveraging frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith.

• Assist in the development and deployment of cloud-based services and infrastructure on AWS, employing OpenSearch, SageMaker, Lambda, and SQS.

• Create and maintain Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform, Packer, and Terragrunt.

• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, architects, and product owners to translate requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions.

• Provide support for testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture, APIs, and development processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with 2 years of experience; or a Master's degree with no experience.

• 2–5 years of professional experience in software development.

• Proficient in building front-end web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience in developing backend services and APIs, including RESTful service design and the implementation of complex business logic, using Python, Java, or NodeJS.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work efficiently in a dynamic, collaborative agile environment.

• Must pass the CompTIA Security Plus Examination within 90 days of employment.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen, with no dual citizenship.

• Candidates should possess the ability to obtain a secret clearance.

• Preferred: Experience with ReactJS and Mendix.

• Preferred: Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and/or LangSmith.

• Preferred: Knowledge of multi-agent orchestration, autonomous workflow design, or LLM integration patterns.

• Preferred: Experience with AWS services including OpenSearch, SageMaker, Lambda, or SQS.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Terraform, Packer, or Terragrunt.

• Preferred: Understanding of DevSecOps practices.
