Social Video Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create and present native video ideas for Study.com's YouTube and TikTok platforms

• Evaluate platform performance, retention trends, engagement metrics, and viewer feedback to guide content strategy

• Compose and refine scripts with a focus on engaging hooks, pacing, resolution, and audience retention

• Offer constructive feedback to creators and editors regarding delivery, edits, captions, audio, and visual composition

• Recruit, onboard, and mentor freelance creators and editors

• Track trends, sounds, formats, and changes in algorithms

• Oversee titles, thumbnails, captions, and hashtags to enhance platform discoverability

• Innovate and quickly test new content formats

• Execute efficient production workflows

• Leverage AI tools such as Claude, HeyGen, and ElevenLabs for brainstorming, scripting, and production

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in creating, producing, or managing content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, whether in-house, at an agency, or as an independent creator

• A mindset geared towards experimentation, with the ability to test concepts, learn from outcomes, and adapt quickly

• A portfolio showcasing videos produced or channels developed, along with an understanding of their success factors

• A strong intuition for hooks, narrative structure, and pacing

• Proficiency in YouTube and TikTok culture, formats, and analytics

• Capability to translate data insights into creative strategies

• Experience in directing or collaborating with creators and editors

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple creators and maintain a consistent publishing schedule

• Availability to work during Study.com's Pacific Time hours from Monday to Friday

• Must have access to a personal computer

• Reliable access to high-speed internet is required

• Bonus: experience managing a personal channel, appearing on camera, or building an audience from the ground up
